We ship to all four countries of the United Kingdom free of charge. All orders are dispatched within 1- 2 working days by 48hr delivery. If a product is not in stock, we may take pre-orders and a delivery date will be confirmed as soon as the product is back in stock. All pre-order delivery dates stated on this website are an indication only. We also ship to the Republic of Ireland free of charge and mainland Europe at additional cost.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help resolve your issue. Returns can be made within 14 days. All damages should be reported immediately. Please do not accept any damaged boxes from the courier. All deliveries to within 15 miles of Carrickfergus will be made by our own two man delivery team. Is there a guarantee period?
Our furniture is made from high quality powder coated Aluminium and luxury magic weave synthetic PE rattan.
We offer a full 5 year guarantee on our weaves and frames. Whilst the furniture can be left outdoors all year round, the use of a cover will protect it from dirt such as bird droppings, leaves etc. Fire pit tables should be stored under cover and all cushions should be stored indoors when not in use. Fire-pit tables and accessories have a 12 month warranty
How is my furniture delivered?
Our furniture is delivered by pallet to roadside only. An authorised person over 18 will be required to sign for the delivery. The customer will be responsible for unpacking the pallet as well as disposal of rubbish. You can request a delivery day and the haulage company will usually contact you prior to delivery. Our Siena range requires assembly. The furniture in our Roma, Verona and Napoli ranges does not require assembly (assembly required for fire pit table). Please see our Delivery page for more details
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe and Paypal. . Both methods are secure international payment gateways. We also offer payment via Laybuy. Laybuy allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 6 weekly interest free payments. We also accept payments through Klarna who may offer payment in interest-free installments depending on your purchase. To select payment via Laybuy and Klarna follow the cart as normal until you get to the payment part.
