Returns and Refunds

We are proud of our products and we think you'll love them too. However, if you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time up to 14 days after you have taken delivery of your products. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a refund. The items should be returned in its original packaging and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. Your refund will be processed immediately upon delivery and inspection of the returned item.

Please check your delivery carefully upon arrival. If any items are damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products. Please do not accept damaged boxes from the delivery courier. If there is any damage to an item, please provide some photos and a description of the damage when contacting us.
